Geraldine ( don't know if that is the right spelling because she got snippy with the agent that asked on the conference call I was on with my mortgage company) is the worst. She has such an attitude when dealing with a mortgage agent trying to find a check that was a refund check for home owner's insurance that they had since 9.5 and barely got around to refunding it supposedly 9.24.
I was initially told that it was going to be overnighted to me after it was processed 9.27(lie) and on 10.02 I called for an update and was then told by Kerry, that it was actually sent out 9.24 and to the mortgage company. When I reached out to my mortgage company, they wanted to call themselves to get further information. I should have asked for more details, that's on me, but the attitude Geraldine had when simply asked to spell her name, as the call was a little muffled, was just rude. I guess no one notates accounts, because she deflected to have Kerry provide the information, but Kerry was 'on another line', so I said Kerry needs to get on this call. I was tired of being given the run around and yes I gave Geraldine attitude back and she excused it by saying we want to give our customers their rightful time. Fair enough, but it is so funny how when I was a customer not a one of them called me after someone crashed into my property. And it was their fellow customer that crashed into my fence last year. So glad I am not a customer anymore. They do not care one bit. Did nothing to stop me going to another insurance company, did nothing when I had to file a claim against a former fellow State Farm drunk driver. I had to report them to the State oversight board to get anything done. Had they done their job last year, none of this would be an issue, but they simply don't care.
Seek literally any insurance but State Farm, and especially from Steve Kunkle's office.
